Cookie Policy
This page explains the cookies and similar local-storage technologies the Atleato website (atleato.com) uses, and how you control them. For how we handle personal data overall, see our Privacy Policy.
What are cookies & local storage?
Cookies are small files a site stores in your browser. "Local storage" is a related browser feature we use for the same purposes. Both let the site remember small pieces of information between page loads.
Essential — always on
These are required for the site to work and do not track you across other sites. They run without consent because the site can't function correctly without them.
- Cookie consent preference (
atleato_cookie_consent) — remembers whether you accepted analytics, so we don't ask again on every visit. - Anti-spam rate limit — a short-lived counter that stops the waitlist form from being submitted abusively.
Optional — analytics (only after you accept)
If you click "Accept All" in our cookie banner, we may enable privacy-respecting analytics to understand what's working and improve the site. If you choose "Essential Only," none of these load and no analytics data is sent. When enabled, they may include:
- Google Analytics 4 — anonymous, aggregated page views, scroll depth, and conversion events (with IP anonymization).
- Meta Pixel — measures the effectiveness of our Instagram/Facebook ads.
- Microsoft Clarity — anonymized heatmaps and aggregate behavior to find usability problems.
We never put your email or other personal details into analytics events.
